Pasta Mia Casa

  'Mia Casa' is a dish made from the heart, home from home. The saying is derived from the spanish saying 'Mia casa es su casa' which means 'my house is your house'. I always think that cooking is one of the nicest gestures you can do for someone, especially when welcoming people into your home. This dish was first stumbled across in one of my all time favourite restaurants, La Vita.
